Binge Drinking??

I am currently in China. So i have entered the country field China. My original country is Nepal.

My problem is binge drinking.

I quit for a few days..may be a few weeks..and then again comes out another binge....then again follows the regular cycle.. depression.. feeling of guilt

Please help?

AA in China uses the the 12 step process, which we highly recommend. Plan to begin to go to meeting daily if possible until you can learn the 12 steps and how to avoid drinking altogether.
