I live in Perry Florida and I really need help to get sober? What should I do?

DISC village does counseling locally; you can reach them at (850) 584-5613. They can help you develop a plan to get you where you want to me.

Jay,
First of all, let me give you a high five for realizing you have problem and wanting help. For starters, you may want to go to your doctor and get a check up to get an assessment of your overall physical condition. Your doctor may have recommendations.

Also, you can call Alcoholics Anonymous and go to a meeting in your local area. I don't have any details on your situation, so it's hard to point in any particular direction. Thirdly, you can contact a drug and alcohol treatment center in your community and speak to one of their people.
