What's the name of the book Alanon uses?

Several years ago I attended Alanon meetings....the group i was attending suggested a daily read book?

This was a daily read book with a story (???) and bible passage....this reading was very comforting and I want to purchase this book again..i can not remember the name,but...it was blue in color....that really helps HuH???

Any ideas what the name of this book is?
